My career has moved through bedside nursing, military service, enterprise technology, product, design, customer experience, facilitation, and founder-led ventures.

The environments have changed, but the pattern has not.

I am drawn to complexity — and to creating clarity inside it.

Across every chapter of my work, I have found myself inside systems where people were capable, motivated, and working hard, but still facing ambiguity. Priorities were competing. Decisions were slowing down. Ownership was unclear. Teams were trying to move forward without a shared operating picture.

That is the space I understand.

I help people and teams clarify what matters, make better decisions, build useful systems, and turn conversation into execution.

Through Yarn Over Hook, I built a community-driven platform and digital ecosystem for crochet — a live experiment in content systems, engagement flywheels, creator tools, community growth, and commerce infrastructure.

Through DesignOps as a Service, I facilitate workshops and create resources for teams navigating ambiguity, unclear ownership, stalled decisions, cross-functional friction, reorganization pressure, and operating model complexity.

I am also the author of The Trust Engine: Activities for Team Building and Sustainable Collaborative Growth, a practical resource focused on helping teams build trust, collaboration, and momentum.
