At Atlassian, I was the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for high-impact strategic initiatives aimed at elevating design quality and reducing product-level design debt. I led the design and implementation of programs that streamlined user experiences across all products, resulting in a more cohesive and intuitive customer journey.

During my time at IBM, I led client-facing workshops that shaped the development and optimization of IBM Cloud Paks and the Support Insights Platform. By collaborating closely with stakeholders and leveraging user feedback, I implemented enhancements that significantly improved user experience, exceeding the high standards of our global clients and boosting product adoption.

At HCSC’s C1 Innovation Lab, I spearheaded the development of new products and services by conducting extensive user research and data analysis. Aligning these insights with business objectives, I led cross-functional teams to design solutions that effectively addressed critical challenges for our enterprise clients.
