Yarn Over Hook is a community-driven platform and digital ecosystem for crochet.
What started as a Notion template for my mother became a live experiment in content systems, engagement flywheels, creator tools, community growth, and commerce infrastructure.
At first glance, crochet and enterprise operations may seem unrelated.
To me, they are connected by the same design question:
